The main objective of the project is to build an ecological habitat in a Polish village, which will serve the function of: “Centre for psycho-physical balance”. The planned project is to be based on applied design solutions, which should enable obtaining LEED green certification. LEED provides a framework for healthy, efficient, carbon and cost-effective green buildings and the certification is an internationally recognised symbol of achievement and leadership in sustainability. LEED-certified buildings save money, improve efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and create healthier places for people. They are a key component in addressing climate change and meeting ESG goals, increasing resilience and supporting more equitable communities. The company is investing in the implementation of a psycho-physical regeneration centre, where the environmental aspect is taken into account on an equal footing with the service of improving health and personal development.
