Our solution is to introduce an innovative system of energy devices, the purpose of which is to ensure energy independence of residential buildings. An appropriate design approach, the use of building materials with a low carbon footprint, a system of local suppliers and obtaining energy from various sources (sun, wind, earth) and their full integration with the building ensure maximum efficiency and optimization of energy consumption. The innovation is the use of special two-way chargers for electric cars. Our solution will ensure maximum efficiency, optimization and energy storage. As part of the project, a housing estate will be built that will combine energy production with renewable energy to meet the needs with the possibility of generating a positive energy balance. We will use recycled materials and low-emission concrete for construction.
